FCTA Centralized Centre that handles inbound and/or outbound calls from residents of the FCT.

The F.C.T Call Centre was established by the F.C.T Administration in 2005 to provide quick response and comprehensive feedback to numerous concerns including complaints, enquiries as well as suggestions on possible areas of improvement in the services provided.
